“I recently hosted a Zoom session of 6 artists painting to music in our own space and studio.

Five from North Carolina and one from Ohio. Thanks to God and Zoom this was made possible. We started with a devotion. I than gave each artist a single word that I had prayed for earlier in the day. Our intention was to paint and hallow His name and later share our experience. We did just that. However, it was revealed that some of the artists had experienced a deep revelation or experience in a specific grief or loss they were going through. Art is powerful. Art is alive!”

“In the end, we managed to spend almost two hours in a place of worshiping with our brush and canvas.” Patti, Sharon, Cathy and Tania are artists represented on www.propheticsgallery.com

“This piece is unfinished but I call it "Take flight".  It represents the shifting of atmospheres, worship and the release of creativity being the vehicle that moves the heaviness to the supernatural, Heaven to Earth.  I really enjoyed our live paint!”

Thanks and blessings

“There is a higher way to praise as this woman gets lost in God’s presence and her body can not stay still. Her spirit is actually the one dancing. Learn to praise God with your spirit. Let your body and soul follow your spirit, who was created to lead!”

“The idea for this painting comes from the portion of Psalm 23 where it says “(Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death) You are with me.”

When I read that portion I immediately had a vision of the Lord and I holding hands. Throughout Psalm 23 there is description of how the Lord is constantly with us. He leads us beside still waters. He makes me lie down in green pastures. And though I walk in these deeply difficult places, in the valley of the shadow of death, He is there with me always. He always has his hand outstretched to mine, ready and willing to hold it and to lead me. “

I was inspired by God's hands making a heart from above and kept sensing the message of God making a way! The Scripture was referring to Isaiah 43:15-16...I am the LORD, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King.” Thus says the LORD, who makes a way in the sea, a path in the mighty waters,.. The light seems to be diamonds and it seems to form a Cross together. I kept thinking of the Cloud by day and fire by night.  He shed His Blood to exchange death and bring us Life, La Chaim!!! Sometimes people may have difficulty to know God loves us because we may think as we look at God's Hands form the heart, it looks like empty.  But the Truth is He releases His Life and His Revelation to us!”

Artist, Hannah Bessinger

Hannah was the youngest artist in this session. She was invited by me. We need to pass the baton. We can’t just hand it over. We mentor as we go.

I never use these colors. I think I used the dark tones to represent the loss that I am feeling by losing my grandfather this year.”
